Race Sponsorship

Friends of Essex Elementary School is a 501 (c) (3) organization based at Essex Elementary School in Essex, Massachusetts.  100% of your donation will be spent on vital programs and supplies that our current school budget cannot cover.  You can check out the Enrichment programs and Events we fund here on our site.

Levels of Sponsorship

Gold Sponsorship $2000+ :

  •  Logo on Happy as a Clam race shirt

  • Logo on signage at Happy as a Clam event

  • Marketing materials added to each runner’s race packet

  • Live link on Essex5k.org with prominent logo displayed at the top of the webpage

  • Special features on our influential Happy as a Clam Instagram and Facebook pages

  • Three 5k entries in 2024 Happy as a Clam race with included Happy as a Clam race shirts

  • For donations beyond $1500, any other sponsor perks as mutually agreed upon by the business and race organizers

Silver Sponsorship $1000+ :

  •   Business name on Happy as a Clam race shirt

  • Sponsorship acknowledged on signage at Happy as a Clam event

  • Sponsorship acknowledged on Essex5k.org

  • Two 5k entries in 2024 Happy as a Clam race with included Happy as a Clam race shirts

Bronze Sponsorship $500+ :

  • Sponsorship acknowledged on signage at Happy as a Clam event
