Our Mission

The purpose of the Essex PTO, doing business as Friends of Essex Elementary School, shall be to promote the education and to enhance the welfare of children at home and in the school and in the community of Essex, as well as provide the forum for communication and cooperation among and between the teachers and parents of the community.  Each year, Friends of EES raises money, through grant writing and fundraising efforts, to spend the following year on the enrichment of our children’s school and community experience.
